    Where care is wired

    This desk is the only care system of record (support.jimmyharika.com · self-host Convex SQLite on OVH). Host apps POST/read via HTTP. A host Convex component (e.g. legacy supportmate) stores threads in that product's DB — that is a separate product, not a sync mirror. Prefer the connector; kill-switch component SoR.
